What we do

Worthing Fencing Quotes is an introduction service. We help homeowners understand costs and rules, and pass quote requests to independent local fencing contractors.

What happens after you send a request

1. We pass your request to a fencer covering your postcode
2. The fencer contacts you, usually within one or two working days
3. They visit, measure and give you a written quote
4. You decide whether to go ahead. There is no obligation

What we ask fencers for

• A free visit and a written quote
• Public liability insurance
• A written guarantee on workmanship
• Clear advice on fence heights and boundaries

Good questions to ask any fencer

• Concrete or timber posts, and how deep will they be set?
• Is the timber pressure treated, and what fixings will you use?
• Is removing the old fence included?
• What guarantee do you give, and is it in writing?
• What deposit do you need, and when is the balance due?
